Call a contact from Citadel Team
From your mobile application.
If you have never contacted your contact:
- Click on the "Contacts" icon at the bottom center of your screen
- Click on the edit box at the top of your screen "Search for a contact"
- Enter the name of the contact to call
- Click on the name of the contact to call
- Click on the "Call" button at the top left
If you have a discussion with your contact:
- Click on the person's avatar
- Click on the "Call" button at the top left
If you have already called your contact person via Citadel:
- Click on the "Calls" icon at the bottom right of your screen
- You can view your call history
- Click on the person you want to call back
On iPhone, Citadel Team calls are also visible from your phone's call history. This allows you to call back the contact directly from this interface.
