Citadel Team is a secure instant messaging solution, developed and operated by THALES SA. Our security commitment involves:

All flows are secured through a TLS1.2 AES256 tunnel
The whole service is hosted in THALES’ secure datacenters in France
End-to-end encryption of your conversations, on activation of the option in your rooms or chats
All the hosted data is encrypted
End-to-end encryption of your phone calls and audio conferences

Also, Citadel Team is in the process of receiving a primary qualification (“Qualification Élémentaire”) from ANSSI (the French network and information security agency)
