What is a "public room"?
If your company's contract allows it, you can create a "Public" room.
Configured in this way, the room will be freely accessible by all the employees of your company who have a Citadel Team account and wish to exchange with you on the suggested theme.
Don't worry: by default a room is private, unless otherwise configured.
